    Stonedale Liverpool mcdonalds never answer there phone why and why is it when you get a delivery there chips are always cold and no straws everytime this is pick your phone up.Honestly il never order from Uber ever again we ordered chicken Big Mac no sauce or salad no it had the lot on it large chips not even half full empty and everything look warm near to cold and a chicken spicy burnt and cold.No one picks the phone up I was furious nearly £ my son paid for this heap of rubbish. Ringing Uber so rude last time we orderFrom you again.Spent £ in taxi to go back the shop wasn’t reimbursed with the cab fee tho but got the food changed. Never again I said to the manageress do you give all your rubbish that as gone cold to Uber customers because that’s how it looks and Uber pay a lot more for the meals than someone going into McDonald’s.I’d of give no stars but it wouldn’t let me

    The management at this venue cannot even get the basics right. They have a reputation that is very well deserved that unless you check your bag in the shop you won’t find out what’s missing. Not if something is missing but what is missing. Every home delivery my kids get is missing sauces. So if you order selects it’s just dry chicken tenders or dry nuggets. It’s not that difficult to put a few dips in the bag but this seems to be beyond this team. The way the burgers are built can only be described as contemptable. The slice of cheese only covers % of the burger surface area and the gherkins and onions are placed on the other side of the edible Ven diagram with the lid making the third segment and ketchup in the middle. Even the fries are aggressively shoved into the box so they go nice and soggy. Clear Diet Coke is a very good sign the syrup has run out but they still sent the clear council soda water regardless. The apathy demonstrated in everything they do can only be a management problem. Every single thing you are required to do is written down in a manual.

    Called in here this morning //. .amWhen pulled up to order drive through was met by a young girl with impeccable manors!!Good morning, please and thank you.Then drove around to the window to pay and the same girl (didn't catch name) again good morning, paid for food and then the girl says have a nice day!Now to some people this may seem nothing but this kind of attitude goes a very long way and makes peoples day with the simplest of manors.The food was hot as usual.Small things make a big difference and manors always cost nothing.Well done to this young girl.

    I was annoyed about this yesterday but now I think it's petty funny. Picked up two cheeseburgers at the drive through and asked for extra onions and pickles. Got to where I was going bit into the first one, tastes different . Open it up, no pickles or onions at all. None in the second either. Too far to go back so I had them but wasn't happy about it. Not sure if someone read that slip wrong or looked at it and went "xtra? No onions and pickles for you.". Anyways...
